A/C Tune‑Up Includes:

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Inspect and test all electrical components, including capacitors, contactor, and blower motor
  • Check blower wheel
  • Check condenser motor and blade
  • Clear condensate drain line
  • Inspect air filter
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Inspect and test compressor operation
  • Test system start-up and shut-down cycles
  • Review all findings and provide recommendations


Heat Tune-up Includes:
